Kim Kardashian looks like the cream of the crop in tight white outfit for a photo shoot... after vowing to cut back on sugar

Kim Kardashian revealed her plans to fight her sweet tooth and ‘make some changes’ to her diet on Wednesday.

But the reality star certainly didn’t look like she needed to cut back on anything when she was spotted heading to a photo shoot in Hollywood that afternoon.

Kim was showing off her fantastic hourglass figure in a cream knit pencil skirt, which clung to her famous bottom.

The 33-year-old also wore a tight white tank top tucked into the skirt, and gave her petite frame a boost with dove grey pumps that had see-through plastic sides.

Kim had her recently trimmed dark tresses in a natural bedhead style, and although she always likes to wear a full-face of make-up, kept it natural on this occasion.

The wife of Kanye West completed her look with a pair of oversized square-framed sunglasses as well as her favourite accessory of all – her dazzling engagement ring, which is believed to be worth more than $1.6million. See more photos after the cut

After her devoted fans rushed to Google the name, she replied: 'Yes Fed Up. Has anyone seen it?'

Kim welcomed her first child, North West, into the world in June 2013 and has since lost around 50lbs.

However in August she revealed that she is still not happy with her figure, and hoped to lose another ‘15-20lbs’.

'Do any of u moms see their bodies just not the same? A different shape?' the star, who used low-carb diet Atkins to shed the baby weight, asked. 'Ughhhh my hips & butt are huge now! they were big to begin with!'

Kim will be turning 34 next week, and plans to celebrate with a birthday party in Las Vegas a few days later.
